Paul Meyer and Patrick LeMaster served on a multi-state panel discussion at the Georgia Fiduciary Law Institute in St. Simons Island, Georgia. The Institute is in its 50th year and is attended by over 400 attorneys and estate planning professionals across the southeastern United States. Meyer lead the panel of 5 attorneys from the states bordering Georgia. LeMaster served as the South Carolina attorney on the panel.

Three Bart, Meyer attorneys attended the Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning in Orlando, Florida. The seminar, held for a week in late January, is the nations premier seminar of estate and gift tax professional. Attending were Randy Bart, Tom Sayers, and Andy Lohn.
Amy Henderson was elected to serve as a board member of The Savannah Community Foundation. Paul Meyer will jump over the edge of a 144 foot tall building in Downtown Savannah to benefit the Coastal Empire Council, Boy Scouts of America. The event is called Over the Edge and is on Friday the 13th in December. The event raises funds for the Scout Reach program, which forms scout troops for inner city boys.
