Gennie G. Long is an associate attorney with the Firm.  Gennie’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, and qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs).  Gennie is an alumna of the University of Tennessee where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Policial Science and graduated summa cum laude.  She received her juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  While in law school, Gennie served as Editor-in-Chielf of Transactions:  the Tennessee Journal of Business Law and also served as a Student Materials Editor for the Tennessee Law Review.  Prior to joining Bart, Meyer & Company, LLP, Gennie practiced for five years with the firm Evans | Petree PC in Memphis, Tennessee in the areas of estate planning, ERISA and employee benefits, tax and general corporate matters.  Gennie is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Tennessee.
